We are a leading manufacturer of metal containers in North America and Europe, and we are the largest manufacturer of metal food containers in North America with a unit volume market share in the United States in 2011 of approximately half the market. We are also a leading worldwide manufacturer of metal, composite and plastic closures for food and beverage products. Additionally, we are a leading manufacturer of plastic containers in North America for a variety of markets, including personal care, health care, household and industrial chemical and food markets.
