Michelle D. Wilkes has been our Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Secretary since January 2026. From January 2023 until December 2025, Ms. Wilkes was our Vice President, Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary. From January 2020 until December 2022, Ms. Wilkes was our Assistant General Counsel. From October 2014 until December 2019, Ms. Wilkes was our Senior Corporate Counsel. From July 2012 until October 2014, Ms. Wilkes served as Corporate Counsel for Harman International Industries, Inc. Prior to that, Ms. Wilkes was an associate at the law firm of Winston & Strawn LLP from September 2005 until July 2012.
